Fresh lubed headset, smooth. This is a good frame with no dents or rust other than a bit of the chrome. These are tough frames that can be built into various combinations for urban, commuter, or sport use. I last used this for an urban commuter with an 8 speed Nexus internal geared rear hub. I am moving this setup to a different frame. Raleigh Grand Prixs ride nice. Solid, but not uncomfortable. Relaxed geometry that is easy to ride and control. I have the original brakes if you want them. Weinmann centerpulls. These are good brakes. This can be built up into a good bike for Katy/RI trail use. It would probably take 35mm tires with 700c rims. It originally had 27 ¼” rims.
