This is it and it checks most of the boxes. The BREEZER Greenway is a 24-speed lightweight aluminum frame city commuter bicycle that is fun to ride and has a comfortable upright riding position. It has a shock absorbing seat post and a VELO padded saddle. Has a full Shimano 24-speed drivetrain with triple crankset 48/38/28 teeth and a rear 8-speed cassette with 11-34 teeth for a good range of gears for all riding conditions and terrain. Large easy rolling 28 inch Alex DH22 rims with 28" x 1 5/8" reflective sidewall tires give you the traction that you need in dry and wet conditions. Quik release hubs.

Color is Gloss Metallic Blue with white lettering, black full fenders for keeping you dry as you ride. Lumotec generator front and rear lights provide you safety day or night. See pictures as part of the description.
