This is an AJ Antunes Roundup Food Warmer Drawer primarily for hot dogs and buns. It is a 1000 Watt unit that holds approximately 50 hot dog buns or a single full-sized steam table pan which is included. It is a stainless steel unit in good condition and working order. The steam pan has multi-colored stains which I am not sure what caused the stains. The lower drawer has build-up on the sides, probably from water. It powers on and warms up as intended. The temperature changes at the proper temperature input via the knob control. The unit has no damage or defects.

The Antunes WD-21A bun warmer drawer can keep 40 to 50 hot dog buns at warm serving temperatures, while the internal heat can be adjusted with a control knob on the front of the unit. It includes a water pan to ensure buns stay moist. With a 45- to 60-min. holding time for unwrapped products and 2- to 3-hour holding time for buns still in their original packaging, it works well even in slower operations. This model is designed to be stacked with the Antunes HDC-21A or HDC-30A hot dog roller grill, keeping hot dogs and buns in the same area.
