In the process of getting approved to donate to a milk bank, but didn’t realize they only accept milk produced after approval. 😮💨
Diet contains minimal dairy, 1-2 servings tuna or salmon per week, wide variety of fruits and vegetables, caffeine is limited to 80mg/day from tea or coffee, try to limit sugar, very minimal junk food(once in a blue moon), 14C water, coconut water & body armor each day
No medication(outside of Tylenol on 1 occasion for headache), no tobacco or alcohol(I’ve had half a beer on Easter since before pregnancy), still take a prenatal, occasional legendairy milk booster supplements
I primarily use organic mother love nipple cream, occasionally pure food grade coconut oil while pumping
Storage-most milk is bagged and put in freezer drawer within an hour after pumping. On rare occasion, milk is set in the fridge and bagged within the day. These are noted on bags as a length of time instead of set hour.
They stay in the upstairs freezer(separate freezer door from fridge) for a week before getting moved to the deep freezer(to avoid frequent temp fluctuations in deep freezer)
