Part-Time Administrative & QuickBooks Support (IN-OFFICE ONLY | PRN
We are a growing, well-established company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support office operations, bookkeeping, and assist the owner with daily administrative tasks. This is a part-time, as-needed position with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
⚠️ This position is IN-OFFICE ONLY. Remote work is not available.
Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting the owner with daily administrative tasks and organization
• QuickBooks (Desktop) data entry and general support
• Accounts payable & receivable assistance
• Invoice processing and basic billing
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Payroll support (timesheets, coordination with payroll service)
• Filing, scanning, and document organization
• Email support, scheduling, and general office coordination
• Supporting day-to-day office operations as needed
Qualifications:
• Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential financial and business information
• Dependable, punctual, and proactive
• Prior administrative or bookkeeping experience preferred
Schedule & Pay:
• Part-time / flexible hours
• Hours vary based on workload
