Centerplate, Inc., the exclusive concessionaire for KU Athletics, is gearing up for another Jayhawks season at Allen Fieldhouse and is seeking non-profit groups to manage and operate concession stands on game days.

Employees and volunteers from local non-profit organizations will have an opportunity to serve food and beverages to thousands of Jayhawks fans attending events at Allen Fieldhouse. Thanks to Centerplate, local non-profits have been able to utilize money earned at Jayhawks games to benefit their various causes.
Interested groups must commit to be able to bring 10 or more people to work in a concession stand selling beverages and ball park food.

New groups joining the program can expect to earn $400-$700 per event based on their group’s participation. Uniforms are provided, as is training and meals. Groups willing to commit to more dates / games will receive preference.
