I never thought I would ever have to resort to begging for help in this way. I was a single lady with just a ordinary single life style trying to survive in the world. Life changed for me in just a blink of an eye. I had just gotten home from work, when I got the most horrible call of my life. I had lost many family memebers 5 brothers, my mother, grandmother, cousins it goes on and on.... My cousin was in tears saying that my twin sister had died. My heart completely jumped out of my body. I now had 3 boys she left behind to take care of. I was so scared and didn't know how I was going to do it. I had some help from friends and a small amount from family but they all faded away in about a week or two. I moved with the help of a very good friend into a bigger apartment and then into a house. Now that I have lost my full time job and it took some time to find another which is not full time but I'm very grateful still. I can no longer afford to live in my house and my landlord has asked us to leave the property. I have applied for housing and been approved but will not receive it for another 3 or 4 months. We are in need of a home with possibly 3 bedrooms. We would be happy to stay in the Raytown area where the boys are in school, but at this point we would take a home in Belton, North Kansas City, or where ever it is. We can pay a small amount of rent until the voucher kicks in. Thank You for any help.
