We need to sell/rent our beachfront condo timeshares that are located on the beautiful white sand beach of Estero Island.

Our family has been vacationing at Lahaina Inn Resort in Fort Myers Beach, Florida since 1989. With kids grown and grandkids in school... we simply don't need all the timeshares we used to and are looking to sell a few of our weeks.

You can learn more about the resort at www.lahainaresort.com. Some general information... it sits on the beach and is a few short miles to main shopping/dining/entertainment area of Fort Myers Beach. The property has 2 outdoor heated pools, a volleyball net, laundry facilities and more. They serve a breakfast and lunch free to guests one day each week. No pets allowed.

Weeks we have for sale:
Week 44 (which lands mid-late October) - Unit #25 (2br gulf front) - $7000
Week 50 (2nd full week of December) - Units #11 (3br gulf front) - $6000, #16 (1br gulf front 2nd level) - $3200, #44 (2br across street 2nd level) - $3000

The week 50 units are available for rental THIS YEAR... the week is December 12-19 (Saturday check-in and departure).
Unit #16 = $600
Unit #44 = $600
Unit #11 = $700
No extra tax or fees. You would just pay us the flat rate and stay in place of us. You can stay any number of the days within that week.
