$300 2 College guys need a cheap place for the summer (Midtown/Westport)
Me and my friend are two very laid back (straight) guys looking for a place to stay over the summer to transition to the college world. We want something in the Westport/Plaza/Midtown area or thereabouts. It'd be awesome to live with others close to our age. We don't mind sharing a room, we grew up together so that's no big deal. We just want a relaxed environment with some cool people. And, not to ask a ton, but we need it cheap!
If you think you could accommodate us, we will help around the house with the general stuff, too. We aren't lazy bums, I have been employed in a good job for close to 3 years and I have references, if thats important to you.
Feel free to ask me any questions, please don't bother replying if you are a commercial realtor or someone trying to make money. We've gotta save for college!
