I need a change of setting;
My intent is to start up a business, and where I am right now doesn't quite suit the standards I require.

I've been living at my mother's house my whole life (all 18 years), and I really need to get out of here.

In exchange for a home, bed to sleep in, an internet connection, and possibly food, I will do chores and run errands, along with whatever other work you might ask me to do,
until I can get situated with a job, or start my business. At that point, I'd gladly do whatever asking price of rent that you desire (within reason).

I'm a male, if that makes any difference. I'm clean, smart, and tidy.
I have never gotten in trouble with the law.
