My husband and I are moving from Iowa to Missouri. I am starting a new job as an occupational therapist with public schools and my husband has several job offers for a new job as a substance abuse counselor. We need to move to the Kansas City, MO area the first part of August. We are pre-approved by the bank to purchase a second home while waiting for our primary home in Iowa to sell, but we haven't found our dream house yet. We are looking for a short term or flexible lease that will allow us to continue house-shopping. We don't drink or smoke, but we do have grandchildren that we occasionally babysit. :)
