$800 Need a quiet house to sublease for summer (15-25 min. from Lawrence)
My wife and I are looking for a quiet house to sublease from May/June until sometime in August. We would prefer a house but we are open to a townhouse, but probably not an apartment. The dates are fairly flexible, but we need to stay in the house at least a few days into August. I am studying for the bar this summer, so the neighborhood must be quiet. We need at least 2 bedrooms, but more is fine. We would like to pay anywhere from $600-$1000. We also need the house to be fairly close to Lawrence. 15-25 minutes away is fine.
