We (my husband and I), middle aged couple, we have no children at home, just pets, needing a place to rent (to call home) for 3-6 months should not be longer than that. Providing all goes well on our remodeling. We have bought a 7 bedroom home here in KC. But it needs a LOT of remodeling, windows, paint, carpet, furnace, water pipes, etc, etc. Basically everything.. So we need somewhere to live while it is being worked on. My husband started on it , and got busy with his regular job, and ran out of enthusiam, also he started putting more overtime in at work as well and was too tired to put the additional hours in on the house, too. Now he has decided he will hire someone to do some of it, to speed up the process. We have no heat nor windows in there at this time so we need a place to live for the winter months. We will need it somewhat furnished as we won't want to drag our funniture around. The smaller things won't matter, but the bigger items we prefer not to have to move. Besides we don't have a truck to transport anything. We are willing to help with the cleaning to get it ready for us to move in if that helps you, and us as well. We need someone that will be understanding about the deposit and rent to start with as we we not be able to come up with a big chunk of money to start with. We do have a very well trained Great Dane, 2 birds, and a cat, we do have 2 smaller dogs that might visit but they will be staying in luxury just for them and being cared for daily in another place away form us. . At this point our only communication is a computer, we gave up our phone to pay a bill. But we do hope to have it back on again in acouple weeks. I will be answering all e-mails. I am disabled, I am on oxygen, suppose to be 24/7 but I do get off it durning the day some. I can not work , but my husband does work full time. We are very willing to answer any questions you may have for us and we will be honest and straight forward with you. As we would hope you would be with us. We would like a clean home, we will do our best to keep it clean, and tidy, we don't promise it to be immaculate, but it will be tidy. If it's a situation that we are sharing the kitchen I am a wonderful cook, I have been told, I am not just bragging... So I would have no problem cooking large meals for everyone. I enjoy cooking. My husband is kind of a jack of all trades as long as it isn't at his own home.. no really he can actually work on about anythingreally he is good at that. So if the place needs somme repairs he may be able to helpout there too. We are easy going and very easy to get along with. We as a couple do not fight, we have been togother going on 8 years and married going on 7 years. We don't fight, we have a wonderful relationship, we mutual respect and admiration for each other.
