Last time I saw it, it didn't look this large as it was parked in a garage and had stuff on and around it. Its almost 80" wide and you can see from the pic, its too wide for my storage area.

Its an older year (1991), but don't let that stop you from enjoying it. It has always been stored in a home garage when not in use. Everything is like new. About the only things showing wear are the rubber cover and the sheetmetal sides. The rubberized cover had 2 little holes which have been sealed. The sides have rub marks.

The canvas covering is like new and operates easy. The wood floor is hard as the day it was installed. There are no soft spots. The bedding is fluffy as can be. There is a table/bench that turns into a large-size sleep area, 40x72. The pull out front bed is 45x72. Another sleep area is available if you had a cot as can be seen through the pics. It has 2 120V electrical outlets for ac, a small refrigerator or what else you want plugged in. There is a cable you connect at the campground. The tires are in great condition and not dry rotted out. This is a spare as well. Bearing were given some maintenance 2 yrs ago.

Opening and closing the camper takes only few minutes to get done. Its rather light weight, near 575#s. So basically it can be pulled by almost anything. Its overall length is little more than 10' and width little less than 7'. It has a 1-7/8" ball and a flat 4 wiring for the taillights. There is a tongue wheel jack to help move it around.

Its ready for camping. If not sold by Tuesday May 20th, I'll hold off so I can use it over the holiday weekend. I have title assigned to me.
