That being said, I have a furnished home with a room available that would be perfect for someone who is working north of the river, but has a long commute. It is a very pink room, as it was put together for my darling almost-step-daughter, who just turned 8. But it is furnished with a full-sized bed and the closet could be yours, since she doesnt really have hang-up clothes. This room could be availabe to you Sunday nights through Thursday nights as a nice, comfortable and safe place to stay during the work week. I am in a residential area and have off street parking as well. You could save money on gas and help me work out finances in this time of change. I'm looking for something that would be consistent, so that my monthly income would not fluctuate. I'm willing to work out a reasonable monthly price for someone who would like to crash 2-4 nights a week in order to save gas money and travel time. I would like this person to be dependable, non-smoking and respectful of privacy.

Here's a little bit about my home:
I have internet with wi-fi, in case you're a student who has a laptop for homework. I also have cable and the house is very comfortable... a bit cluttered, but comfortable and clean. It is a quad-level home with three bedrooms upstairs, a living room, dining room, kitchen on the third level, followed by a family room/laundry room on the second level and a basement with bathroom below. I have a nice treadmill that you could use and the laundry facilities would also be open for use. My home is located off of 35/435/69 highway and is in the 64119 zip code in case you'd like to locate the area to compare drive times. I have two cats, but they're friendly. I am a relatively quiet person, I work Monday through Friday days and I enjoy having friends over, but nothing overly loud.
