Two young professionals, 1 female, 1 male looking to rent out 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths house with huge basement w/ washer and dryer, nice fenced in backyard, screened-in porch, patio and attached garage. The house is walking distance to Waldo, 1/2 block from bus line to UMKC and Rockhurst. We're looking for someone who is fun, around 20 to young 30 years old, keeps things fairly clean, pets are ok.
