I am a 27 year old white professional male who is interested in art, creativity, and finding humor in life. I am very organized, and have a wide range of hobbies. I like to work with my hands, building or fixing things. I also like to go out and see what's going on around town with my friends, check out art gallery openings, or just be social. My ideal roommate must be responsible, reliable, respectful of others' property, be willing to help keep public areas of the house orderly, and be willing to smoke outside if you do smoke. Basically, I’m very easy to get along with if you have common sense, clean up after yourself, and pay rent on time.
Currently, my other roommate is a white female college student in her 20s, so either gender isn't a problem as long as you don't mind living in a mixed gender household. You will be sharing the common bathroom with my current roommate, but she keeps things tidy and organized, and we expect you will do the same!
Amenities of the property include cable and broadband cable modem, phone with unlimited long distance, full-sized washer and dryer, spacious kitchen with modern appliances, large treed yard, full basement for storage, hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms with new fixtures, and ample parking in driveway or on street. I am asking $550 a month, all utilities included. My rental requirement is that you sign on for 6 months, after which you may stay month-to-month with 30 days notice of intent to vacate. First month's rent due up front, along with $400 security deposit.
