I am looking for a roommate sometime around June or July. My current roommate is moving out- it is an ideal situation - new apartment in Overland Park off of 107th and Nall. Apartment is close for shopping, entertainment, and walking trails. The pool is amazing! Fitness center, car wash also at complex! Apartment is 2 bdr and 2 bath with garden tubs. Walk in closets, dishwaher, washer and dryer in aparment. Rent is $989 which includes trash and water. Apartment is only electric no gas which makes it more affordable.
