$550 Room for Rent in Downtown Loft (Downtown KC) (map)
I have a room for rent in a 1500 sq.ft. downtown loft (Coffee Lofts on 7th and May; which is 1 block East of Broadway). I bought this 2BR, 2 Bath loft about two years ago. It has concrete floors, exposed brick walls, granite countertops, stainless steel applicances, washer, dryer, etc. which are all about a year old.
The room for rent is about 13' x 13', has its own bathroom, and has a walk-in closet.
Amenities: workout room, covered and gated (keycard) parking, entertainment room (pool table, big screen, and bar area), trash, water, and maintenance paid. I'm not looking to make money off this rental, only to have someone pay part of my mortgage and have someone to share the cable and power bill with :)
