Hey there my roomate and I live in a 3 bedroom house right across from Rockurst and UMKC. We have an empty room and are perfectly happy the way things are but were both always busy and really just dont feel like cleaning all the time. We have 2 dogs and arnt messy people but everyonce in a wile when the dogs tear a bunch of stuff up we really just dont feel like dealing with it. So we have decided to offer someone a reduced flat rent of 200$ if the candidate would simply be willing to always keep the house in good shape. candidate would not have to pay for utilites and would also benefit from our wirless internet and hometheater and satelite tv on the way. i have been getting alot of emails by people wanting to stay a year or longer. I would normaly be fine with this but in late august theres probably a 70% chance my little brother will be moving in to start his first year at umkc, so basically looking more for temporary, short term, or just summer candidates. If it turns out my bros decides to not go to umkc, whoever ends up getting the room can then decide wether to stay or not.
