We are selling our house and need a temporary roommate. We have two extra bedrooms and/or unfinished basement with toilet and sink. You would have use of kitchen and would have the living room pretty much to yourself as we mainly hang out in the family room. Rent is negotiable and gas/electric/water/high speed internet is included in the price. Telephone is not included. We have a yard and patio (where you are welcome to smoke).
We are a 30-something lesbian couple and we are really easy to get along with. We have dogs and a cat, so allergic people probably wouldn't do well. As I mentioned, we are selling the house, but the market is pretty slow. You would need to help keep it in "ready to show" condition (for your areas). We respect your privacy and expect the same.
The house is located near I635 and is VERY convenient for Airport (15 min), Northland (10+min), Downtown (10 min) and OPKS (15+ min).
