We are looking for an artist who wants to live in a warehouse in the West Bottoms. Must be an easygoing person who doesn't mind an extremely communal living environment.
You would have 3 (wonderful) roomates, and approx. 6 other artists who use the space as an art studio. Everyone shares the bathroom and kitchen.
The room available is cozy, has no windows, but a long narrow storage space ideal for canvasses or other things. It is the cheapest room in the house, average rent per month with utilities is $210-250 a month, depending on utilities.
There is a cat living here who is very sweet to people, but isn't too keen on other animals, but depending on the other personality, we may be able to work it out. This is a bad place to live if you have/are a big dog.
VERY IMPORTANT!! PLEASE NOTE: This warehouse is incredibly hot in the summer and very cold in the winter (but we like it alot).
