Okay, I'm going to give this a try. I have a fully finished walk-out basement with its own private entry, doorbell, phone line, cable included. Basement has bedroom, bathroom, complete kitchen, dining room, living room and study area and two big decks facing a nice backyard in a nice neighborhood. You can have the basement plus $100/month (to cover utilities) for some work around the house. I need 1. the outside of the house painted
2. hardwood floor refinished
3. lawn mowed once a week
4. minor repair on the walls and ceiling
I will need and will check all references. If your parents are still alive, I'd want to talk to them. The arrangement is for one year and I will be fair.
No wild parties and if you have a girlfriend, please go to her place when you want to have fun. No pets, please.
