We will share the first floor kitchen, basement laundry, screened porch and deck. Off-street parking provided. Prefer woman. No smoking. Pets negotiable (extra deposit will be required. I am a 56-yr female computer programmer with 1 cat who resides on the main floor of the house. I am looking for someone responsible who will pay rent on time and keep the shared areas neat. Should be fairly quiet after 9pm. Short-term (a couple of nights) guests are welcome, but longer guest stays require permission.
$500/deposit and refereneces required. Rent is $400/mo and half of utilities (gas, elec, water) for 6 month lease. If you sign a year long lease it is $375/mo and half of utilities.
