My wife and I would to share our home with quiet, easy going, room-mates who can
clean up after themselves and do not mind animals (we have 1 cat, 1 rabbit, & 1
hamster).
We have one roommate already: A nice middle-aged gentleman, quite, and tidy.
We have two bedrooms available on a month-to-month or week-to-week basis if you
require.
$366 per month + $99 deposit + signed Terms & Conditions papers required. All
utilities are included.
Our home is a 1920 bungalow/Victorian style home. It was built in 1920 and is
around 1300 square feet. It has two small, but full bathrooms and
the bedrooms are of modest size; around 10x11 or 11x12. Parking is most likely
curb-side.
Amenities:
* Furnished
room: twin size bed or queen size, curtains, closet, lamp, bed, blankets
* Use of kitchen, washer, dryer, dining room, living room.
* Satellite TV service, Dish networks Top 100.
* Kitchen has a dish washer and a refrigerator that anyone can use.
* Some storage space in the unfinished basement and/or the attic.
* Kitchen cabinet space
Things we don't have
* Internet, computers
* TVs or other electronics in the rooms, you will have to bring your own stuff
in that regard.
* Parking isn't the best, as we share a drive-way with our neighbor. (I usually
park in front of the house).
* You are responsible for providing your own hygiene, laundry detergent, food,
clothing, bedding, etc.
* The bathroom is shared with one other roommate.
