I have a nice townhouse in overland park with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I am a single, white, straight, christian professional male, just recently divorced with more room than I need but with a need to make child support payments. I like sports, history on tv, somewhat quiet. I am looking for a responsible person who needs to reduce their costs and will pay their share of rent on time. Dish network is available in the unfurnished bedroom. Please no pets or children. The landlord will run a background check.
