I have just bought a 2000 trailer. It is basically brand new and hasn't been lived in since December. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. You would get to have your own bathroom. The living room and kitchen are good sized, and it has a large yard and 2 sheds for lots of storage!
I would like a female ages 19-25. I do prefer to have a non smoker who is fairly tidy. I am very organized and wont be home that often, so I don't like to come home to a messy place. I am not a big partier, although it wouldn't hurt once in a while. My 4 year old neice and 3 year old nephew would stay over night once and a while, so someone that is not bothered by children would be a plus. I love to cook, so if wanting a hot meal once in a while is a plus, I'm your roomy!
I am working full time at a hospital, and am going to school full time for nursing, and then to get my OBGYN. I am very driven, and am just looking for someone who can help out with the bills. Rent is 450 which would include your utilities. I am looking for someone who could move in within the next month.
