My current roomate and I are both sophmore students at the Kansas City Art Institute, and are looking to find a third roomate to live with us in the three bedroom apartment we will be renting starting July 1st. Both of us will be gone most of the summer and won't move in until around the 1st of August, but the apartment would be available for you to stay in the month before. It's a large apartment with hardwood floors and a spacious kitchen. Close to Westport, the plaza, and KCAI. We would prefer a female student, but ultimately it just comes down to you being a responsible, laid back person. We're both very open and friendly people. Rent would be around $260 a month after utilities, or closer to $230 should you choose to take the smaller bedroom.
