Relocating to CA - space available (Missouri to California)

I'm moving from Kansas City MO to San Luis Obispo CA end of May-early June. I don't have specific travel dates yet but the planned route is; Kansas City, Denver, Canon City, Albuquerque, Flagstaff, Barstow, Bakersfield, SLO.
I have room for 1 person or can haul animals (or other things the trailer will be empty). Can pick up/drop off anywhere along the route. Will be pulling a 3 horse GN slant load trailer.
