Ride Needed to West Coast (lawrence, ks)

hey i'm looking for a ride to the west coast sometime after the 28th....or anywhere that will get me closer to portland,OR. We could split driving (i can drive a manual), and i can buy veg food.
If I can't find a ride on craigslist then I will most likely be hitchhiking back on the 70.
