The huge side lot is GREAT for Thanksgiving day flag-football games, soccer, volleyball, bocce ball, picnics, BBQ's etc.. and general entertaining. There are also two raised garden beds on the side lot that we installed last year. The neighborhood is known as King's Orchards and got it's name because the entire area used to be orchards in the late 1800's giving it its very rich productive soil to this day. The neighborhood is older and established with most of the neighbors being long-time residents. The neighbors are absolutely great! If you run out of sugar or are in need of a yard tool that you may not have, there are plenty of people who will be eager to help you out! The house is nestled amongst other charming homes on a very quiet street with very little automobile traffic. It's very common to see people walking their dogs, young couples w/ children, and others running/walking in the neighborhood. The police station is also literally a stone's throw away from the house. You can see it through the trees when you're at the back of the house. <br>
The only reason we're are selling the house is because we are moving to the pacific northwest in a few months. We can't express how much we have enjoyed living here over the past few years! The neighbors are wonderful and the property has a rare, quiet, and spacious country feel to it. <br>

<description><![CDATA[We are selling our home.  We have just had alot of work done on the house.  Actually it is being done as i type here and will be complete soon.  We have had all new energy effecient windows put in new doors and screen door and new siding put on the house which will be finished today. New gutters  will be on friday.  We will have a new roof on the house within a few weeks. I have put new laminate flooring in the living room last year and the dining room.  Some of the dining room needs to be done.  I put new linolium (or how ever you spell that) tiles in my bathroom and kitchen last year.  The two bedrooms need to be re-carpeted though and some of the walls need to be painted but we are willing to work with you on that.  I believe the house was built in the 40's.  The bathroom was completely re-done right before we bought the house and has a nice jacuzzi tub with a T.V. mount in it.  (I think the bathroom is what sold the house to my wife.) I belive square footage is 980. I have put alot of work into the house and its a good home for a new family but the wife is pregnant with the second kid and we are looking to go bigger.
