The Shi by Journeys customer desires fashionable footwear for all aspects of life and prefers to shop in a specialty store environment.

Shi by Journeys Assistant Store Managers are responsible for:
•Providing a fun, full-service shopping experience to customers
•Achieving sales goals
•Learning all aspects of store operations and managing the store in the Store Manager's absence
Requirements:
•Retail experience preferred
•A desire to succeed in a fast-paced business environment
•Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
•The ability to work 45 hours per week including evening and weekend shifts
