Real "punishment" (South Park)

As most criminals are economically disadvantaged and undereducated, folks that would rather take the easy way out and steal, kill, maim for the almighty dollar, then spend a few years at school....
Well why dont we just round them all up and give them government jobs, after all head for head there's more child molesters, thieves, and murders filling these positions than those we would kill.
At least then we know going in what we have and wont have to Waite for their controllers to throw them under the buss when done with them as the do now right.
Be too simple right ? When a government official wants to know what 12 year olds are getting drilled we know instantly its because he wants to drill some and wants an inside track on the lil tramps right?
Or when one tries pushing thru gay marriage or, civil unions for medical benefits we instantly know he has a aids infested cocksucker at home right.
Hell what do we have to loose anyway, other than the criminal deceit and lies coming out of washington now, hell we might get a guy with a "house boy" that needs a job so he actually would be interested in creating jobs.
Besides how can we continue to kill our own, as we watch daily the, murdering, thievery, deceit, and whore mongering coming out of Columbia.
