George Tenet briefed Bush as early as September 2002 that Iraq did NOT have WMD's. What's the problem again?

So everyone else in the WORLD thought Iraq had WMD's, but, unfortunately for you, BUSH KNEW THEY DIDN"T. I guess that makes me the simpleton. OK, I can live with that.
