God you are stupid. The point that has repeatedly been made is they are a financial disaster. Yes FAILING, they run billions over budget every year. The only reason they still exist is no matter how much they screw up the tax payers will have pay for it. How is it not a valid argument they run over budget by billions every year now we are going to multiply that by 10.

Funding and abuse are only a couple of their financial problems. Why not fix the problems first before you make it ten times larger?

You still have not answered. Knowing medicare /medicaid have been a financial disaster and drain for over 50 yrs, why should anyone believe a government health care program 10 times larger will not be anything other than a financial disaster 10 times larger.
