Leawood you know, you are as dumb as ManVagina.

"When someone says 'Government can't even run medicare, how do we expect them to run healthcare?", it's fair to make a point by showing the ignorance of that statement. It's as if you're saying they can't do anything right? Right? Or, is it simply the argument that they can do lot's of good things, unless it comes to health care. That's a dumb statement."

Medicare and medicaid is government run health care. Medicare and Medicaid are a financial disaster. The statement "Government can't even run medicare, how do we expect them to run healthcare" is not a generalization. That is a very specific and valid question. That question is not even remotely implying that our government cannot do anything right. It is clearly pointing out our government already runs a couple of health care programs and those programs are a disaster.

No you did not over simplify, you did not extrapolate, you lied.

As far as the Patriot Act you forget to mention much of it has expired, and President Obama has not only not overturned any of it he has renewed all facets.
