Adorable Rat Terrier (independence)

Hi I am trying to find a good home for Buddy. A sweet adorable rat terrier that wondered into our yard about 2 month ago. We tried to find his owners. Listed him on kcpetfinders.com, canvessed the neighborhood, posted flyers, but no luck. Now we are trying to find him a forever home. He was so skinny when he came to us that I want to make sure he never ends up in the situation again. We checked and he has no microchip so here we are. He needs a fenced in yard for he runs off if not. He isn't fixed but he doesn't "mark" in the house. He is completely housebroke. We are asking for a $50 rehoming fee to insure he gets a good home.
