I'm offering 6 duplexes I own in Freeman, Mo which is 9 miles from Harrisonville on Hwy. 2. All are located along a private road with no other traffic. All units are two bedroom 1 bath with central air and heat, hardwood floors and new appliances. They currently rent for $495 a month, and two are occupied by section 8 tenants. There are currently 5 vacancies but with some advertising I feel they could be filled in a short amount of time. I simply do not have the time to manage them to their full potential but hopefully you do! The area is growing with a new restaurant currently under construction closeby. One tenant lives there rent free as he handles a lot of the maintenance duties since I do not live in close proximity.
