We are looking for a motivated & ambitious individual that is organized & detail-oriented to serve as a sales assistant. Applicant needs to be able to multitask, prioritize, work independently and manage one’s own time.
Proficiency in Microsoft programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook required. Some basic knowledge of updating websites using Contribute would be helpful, but not required. This is a “learn as you go” position; so the ability to learn quickly is a must.
Duties include: data entry, order processing, website management, inventory updates & monitoring, creating comparison reports and customer service. Position also requires taking care of basic office tasks such as answering phones, keeping supplies stocked, filing, faxing, copying, organizing and kitchen duty.
Hours and pay will be determined by experience & skills. Office located in Lee’s Summit, MO.
