Guitarist needed for Indie/Rock band (Kansas City)

Hi =] Our name is Our Last Chance and we are looking for a new guitarist! Our old one had other things to pursue, so now we want YOU to come play for us! We are an Indie Rock band from Kansas City. We are very established in the area, and we are always booking more shows and meeting new fans. We have plans to release an EP at the end of May and go on tour this summer. If you are interested, we have only a few requirements:
Be a follower of our Lord Jesus Christ and live a lifestyle reflective of His teachings
Be serious about this. We have full plans to tour and make this our complete lives, and if you don't share that vision, then we are not for you. You need to be able to get up and leave within a few weeks notice. That means this takes priority over your job or schooling if it becomes necessary.
Have gig-capable equipment
Be willing to practice 2-3 times a week, every week.
You don't have to be amazing at guitar, but you must know your way around the instrument.
And finally, be between the ages of 18-23 and out of high school.
