LOST: small black and brown chihuahua mix dog (KC)

My dog was lost last Friday night, I have a feeling she may have been stolen since she is a small breed. She was lost in the northeast area but could have been taken anywhere. She is a small black dog with brown markings like a mini-pincher or rottweiler but she is a chihuahua/jack russel mix. She weighs about 4-6lbs, had on a green collar, is not fixed, is under 1 year old, answers to the name Val.
