Found Australian or Collie? Black w/ brown & white MOSBY MO (69 HWY Clay County)

This dog was found sitting in grassy median on 69 highway near Mosby with it's friend a deceased dog(hit by auto).
It did not want to leave friend dog but it would've been in danger if it was left. A member of our rescue organization brought it to Excelsior Springs and
it is in "foster care" Must prove its your dog.
