My mother is finally getting rid of some jewelry and asked that I help. It’s a nice engagement ring that was appraised at $5555.00 over 9 years at Midwest Gemological Services in KC, MO. Today the diamond alone is worth more than $3500. And similar rings cost at least $6000.
The ring is 14KT yellow gold. 6-prong solitaire engagement ring with a 1 Carat diamond. The diamond has Clarity – SI-2, Color – J-K, Cut – class 2b. Total weight of diamonds 0.95. Total weight of engagement ring 3.30 dwt.
I had this previously listed at $5000 at her urging. After a month I’ve finally talked her down. So the first person above $3000 takes it. There is no Best Offer. First one above $3000, whether it takes a month or two, then so be it. To avoid any scams and scammers I will deal with cash only and we could meet at a respected Jeweler to insure no one gets taken advantage of. I have the original appraisal in hand. Thanks for looking and GOD BLESS.
