I am 36 and have had the same job for about 6 years. I am financially responsible. I do not have any criminal history. As stated above, I am a non smoker and I do not do any illegal drugs. I am a video gamer and a musician but I make electronic music and use headphones so I will not be loud. I have one small cat who is extremely well behaved. Here is our full situation. We are looking in the Belton/Leawood/Overland Park/Prairie Village/State Line/Louisburg/Peculiar/Martin City area but are definitely open to other areas. Our only requirement is a fenced in yard. Preferred features include at least 1 1/2 baths and hard flooring rather than carpet.

We have 4 dogs. My husband and I met, and each had 2 and we will not be adding any more to our family. In fact, the life expectancy of the 2 older ones will be up any time.

Dog 1 will turn 3 in a few weeks, Sheltie, about 35 lbs, currently takes agility and doggie dancing classes, and has been through several obedience classes

Dog 2 is 4, Sheltie, about 30 lbs, has been through every obedience class offered, therapy dog training and has passed his canine good citizen test.

Dog 3 is almost 10, Dachsund, 15 lbs, has been through basic obedience

Dog 4 is almost 10, small Beagle, 18 lbs, has been through basic obedience

All of our dogs are of course house trained. They stay in crates when we are at work.

Our credit scores are low, but we have more than sufficient income. We have both been working on debt consolidation plans for the last year-year and a half, so that has dropped our credit scores drastically. I have also been working with Countrywide/Bank of America to modify my loan for about a year. I have been calling them at least once a week to check the status. They have lost my paperwork a few times, but I resend it and they say everything is in process. I found out a few days ago that they now want to foreclose on the home even though when I call they say nothing is wrong and not to be concerned. We have also met with a government advisor whose job is to help homeowners like us who cannot get communication through to our lender, but they have not been helpful. Our goal is to relocate in 2-3 years to another part of the country, so we have made the difficult decision to let them take the home and rent until we leave Kansas City. I work in Leawood and my husband works in Harrisonville, so we would like to find something convenient for both of us.

Our net monthly income is about $5800 plus about $1400/quarter net from a bonus. We have been landlords before and know what kind of treatment people want the house to have. My husband is also handy around the house, so you would not be called out for simple tasks like a leaky toilet, clogged drain, etc.

I am female and in need of a place, ASAP. I am recently single and need a place that will accept an outdoor dog and a 12 pound indoor dog. I would prefer not to sign a lease but at this point, really have no choice. I have my own furnishings for a house so I would need a garage space or waterproof shed to store my belongings I don't need.

My lab is a country dog and has never liked being inside. He is only brought inside during tornado warnings and is carried (yes, I said carried) to the basement. He would be great outdoor security. I have worked with animals and have a great appreciation for them. I would prefer that there were no other large dogs on the property because my lab does not play well with strangers (other large dogs). Both dogs are well-trained.

I come from a security/law enforcement background and can give references, job history, etc. I have been in KC for about 6 months and I am employed. Non-smoker. I have a drink about 3 times a year, tops. I have alcohol that's been in the cabinet for 6 years. (Kind of afraid to drink it now. :-) I can tell you more about myself later.

A separate bathroom would be nice but like I said, I can't be picky right now. My biggest concern now is getting a place so I can have my lab back living with me. He is homesick and I miss him. Unfortunately, apartment owners don't allow outdoor-only "kids".

We (my husband and I), middle aged couple, we have no children at home, just pets, needing a place to rent (to call home) for 3-6 months should not be longer than that. Providing all goes well on our remodeling. We have bought a 7 bedroom home here in KC. But it needs a LOT of remodeling, windows, paint, carpet, furnace, water pipes, etc, etc. Basically everything.. So we need somewhere to live while it is being worked on. My husband started on it , and got busy with his regular job, and ran out of enthusiam, also he started putting more overtime in at work as well and was too tired to put the additional hours in on the house, too. Now he has decided he will hire someone to do some of it, to speed up the process. We have no heat nor windows in there at this time so we need a place to live for the winter months. We will need it somewhat furnished as we won't want to drag our funniture around. The smaller things won't matter, but the bigger items we prefer not to have to move. Besides we don't have a truck to transport anything. We are willing to help with the cleaning to get it ready for us to move in if that helps you, and us as well. We need someone that will be understanding about the deposit and rent to start with as we we not be able to come up with a big chunk of money to start with. We do have a very well trained Great Dane, 2 birds, and a cat, we do have 2 smaller dogs that might visit but they will be staying in luxury just for them and being cared for daily in another place away form us. . I am a 36 (almost 37) year old mother of two teens that I have part time. I do have small dogs (French Bulldogs) that are housebroken and crate trained. I work from home doing web design as a private contractor and I do have a very good and solid income.

My husband is having some sort of mid-life crisis and decided that he wanted a divorce. He told me at 9:00 am and had his things moved out less than 12 hours later. He also had all of the utilities disconnected. And of course he chose to do this right after I had paid all of the bills for the month. This left me with almost nothing. I am currently living with my grandmother, my dogs are being boarded which is ridiculously expensive, and instead of getting my kids part time I see them for an hour or two.

I desperately miss my own space, my kids, my dogs, and my own belongings. I have no credit at all. It's a very long story but let's just say that it's something I never believed in. I thought I was being smart but it seems to have not been so. I do have references though and can show proof of income.

We (husband, I ) we also have a cat and dogs, all well trained, are needing to find a place to call home for at least 3-6 months. We bought a home in KC, but it needs a lot of remodeling done before it is liveable. We are wanting to rent a house, mobile home, duplex, or an apartment. We can afford $300-$350 per month. And we would be able to clean it before moving in if that would help you. We would also need someone that would be willing to work with us with the deposit as we don't have a lot of extra money. We don't need a mansion, just a place to call home for awhile, until our dream home is ready for us. We have sold our farm in northen Missouri but will not realize anything from it untill December, as it is a Land Contract, and that money will go to speed the remodeling up on our house. My husband works full time, and I am a retired, disabled, nurse. We would like to find at least 1 bedroom and 1 bath, anymore would be a bonus. We will leave the place as clean or cleaner than it was when we started renting it. Hello, I'm a employed, 31 year old female student pursuing a career in the medical field. I don't have any children or pets, and I'm looking to rent a clean and modernized, 1-2 bedroom/1 bath apartment or duplex. I need something by November 1st as my current lease is almost up. The area that I'm looking for must be SAFE, diverse, well kept, and quiet. The only required things that I need are central air and furnished appliances, including a dishwasher, if possible. Washer/dryer hookups and a garage are definitely a plus! It would be nice to have something all electric, if possible, or have some included utilities such as water and heat, but this is not a necessity.

I can afford up to $600 a month and I'm looking for a 12 month lease in areas such as Raytown, Waldo, Hyde Park, Westport, or Midtown. Properties that are close to I-435 or I-35 would be ideal, as I work in Lenexa. I'd prefer to stay on the MO side, but for the right property I'd consider something in the Overland Park, Olathe, or Lenexa areas..

At this time, I'm not looking to purchase a home, and I'm also not interested in renting-to-own. Honestly, my credit is blemished and I'm currently in the process of reestablishing it, but I have an excellent rental history dating back to 2003 and great references. Will work for an apartment. Need a bedroom that will accomadate king-size bed. I am a single semi- retired guy that has a small pension. I can show apartments as well as ready them for rental. Can do all maintence except hvac, major plumbing, or major electric. Am taking courses at NAU for computers but have some time to go yet.. Could be long-term position. Kids are grown and just visit once in awhile. Would like a two bedroom if possible. Can work 20 hours/week with no other compensation.
