I am looking for a 1 1/2 - 2 bedroom place (house or apt, doesn't matter) for early July. One year lease is a-ok. I am only interested in a place with washer/dryer or hookups - no more laundry mats/community laundry rooms please!
$650 is really as high as we'd prefer to pay - lower is always better of course - though if you have the right place for a little more, I'd still love to chat with you.
As for location - within 30 minutes or less of crown center is it - doesn't matter which direction I am coming from. It's just my husband and I, and we are fabulously quiet and well-mannered tennants. In light of that, we would prefer not to live in a building with lots of parties... just a quiet place to call home. We have great references, credit and rental history. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so your place will be well maintained :)
