Please would someone offer me and my boys a spacious beautiful home in nice community for about $800 per month ( give or take)!! I've been searching homes for the longest either it's required a ridiculous deposit + rent; who has lump sums of money with the high cost of living these days?? I HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT WHICH SHOULD COUNT AS SOMETHING. I need a home that is not in a high-crime area. I prefer 2000+ square footage but would take less if house is beautiful. I don't mind driving 30 miles to the kansas city area for work if I have to. Please, if you can allow me to move in asap so I can get some stability as I'm new to the area.
