I find myself needing to relocate in the very near future. I am currently paying $400.00 a month in rent. My current room-mates son just moved home after a bout in rehab / jail and things are starting to disappear around the house.
I am 46 y.o. gay male who is needing a room to rent. Gainfully employed in the Olathe area. I would prefer to stay close to work, but decent living conditions and affordability outway that. I am needing to move in the very near future (the sooner the better!)
I have no pets that will be moving with me. I am quiet and a non-smoker. I do go to work early in the mornings, but am used to being quiet around the house when getting ready for work.
