During the men’s group, you will:
Discover what it takes to live more aligned with your deepest life purpose
Train in breathing exercises to relax and deepen your awareness
Practice remaining open, living with your deepest integrity and authenticity, amidst the challenges from work, women, and the world.
Strengthen the warrior aspect of your being and learn how to move into action with grace.
Cultivate the ability to exercise truthful and authentic presence during emotional intensity and worldy chaos.
Learn how to grow beyond your fears and live a life of absolute freedom.
Celebrate what is great, inspect what is outdated, and identify the next step for yourself and others.
