B.F.F. -Women's Meet-up Group

This is a meetup for women of all age groups to join together for fun, friendship and the ability to let your hair down without being judged!
So come on and try us out-we have a variety of events coming up- you never know you might meet your new BFF!

WALK N TALK followed by BREAKFAST @ FIRST WATCH!

Girls, found out another group contacted me and has a breakfast the same morning as this at the same exact location! I told them great minds think alike! It is the single over 40 group. So they are moving their breakfast to the same time as ours, and we will just join the 2 together!
So, if you can't make the walk, please rsvp for the breakfast! We will have a great time with the 2 groups. Remember if the weather is too cold or raining we will forgo the walk and just have a warm breakfast! But join us for one or both!

OK GIRLS PUT ON THOSE WALKING SHOES!
YES,EXERCISE IS GOOD FOR THE SOUL AND THE HEART! LETS MEET UP FOR A NICE MORNING WALK THROUGH THE TRAILS OFF COLLEGE BLVD.

THEN WE WILL GO TO THE FIRST WATCH FOR SOME COFFEE HOT CHOCOLATE OR TEA. MUFFINS, BREAKFAST OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU WANT, IT WILL BE A NICE RELAXING MORNING W/ YOUR BFF'S AND GOOD CONVERSATION.

WHAT A WAY TO START OFF THE WEEKEND! NOW DON'T SAY "NO " TO THE WALK LADIES. I WAS A PERSONAL TRAINER FOR 23 YEARS SO YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS.
WALKING N TALKING MAKES THE TIME GO BY SO FAST ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR FRIENDS DRAGGING YOU ALONG!
