I am looking for a responsible and somewhat "quiet" college age female to receive free room and board in exchange for housekeeping and some babysitting (school age kids).

I am a single mom, part time needed, mother's helper type stuff, evening babysitting.

A musician who can help with piano and/or guitar lessons a plus.

I've done this in the past and it works well.
